Resolve to Save Lives helped create LINKS to provide resources, support and networking opportunities for country programs that are advancing cardiovascular health. LINKScommunty.org is our primary website for sharing technical guidance, toolkits and advocacy materials addressing hypertension control, sodium reduction and trans fat elimination.
