As a part of the official announcement of the WHO Food Systems Community of Practice, WHO hosted a virtual “Expert Hour” on trans fat elimination. Three experts from RTSL joined WHO to present on global efforts to eliminate industrially produced trans fat, share achievements since the global initiative began in 2018, and outline priorities to achieve a trans fat-free world.
