Francois brings 25 years of experience in resource mobilization with leading international organizations. For the past six years, Francois has been Manager, Private Sector Engagement with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Geneva. In this position, he developed large-scale partnerships and catalytic funds, mobilizing resources to invest in strategic areas such as digital health transformation and health systems strengthening.
Before that, Francois held leadership positions with the French NGO Médecins du Monde, with CARE France and with CARE USA, successively based in France, in the United States and in Switzerland. At CARE, Francois developed and diversified the organization’s engagement with the private sector from traditional philanthropy to shared value engagements with key industries and innovative approaches such as social entrepreneurship and impact investing.
Francois holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from ICN Business School, France.
