Yididya Solomon joins Resolve to Save Lives as Finance & Administration Associate within the Ethiopia office.
In this role Yididya will support the finance and general operations of RTSL’s Ethiopia Office, processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate and timely accounting records. With 5 years experience, Yididya has demonstrated expertise in key skills within finance and accounting. She is committed to delivering exceptional results and driving success.
In her previous role as a Finance and Admin Officer at Ripple Effect International, Yididya played a key role in optimizing financial reporting procedures, resulting in timely and accurate financial reports. She also led the transition to digital record-keeping systems, improving data accuracy, accessibility, and storage efficiency.
Yididya holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in Business Administration. Her additional skills include budgeting, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and balance ledger accounting. Yididya hopes to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes to drive efficiency and maximize financial resources. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
