When a woman arrived at Pariak Primary Healthcare Centre in Bor, South Sudan in December 2024 with symptoms consistent with cholera, public health officials contained the outbreak thanks to the 7-1-7 target, a team on high alert for cases and the availability of fast, flexible funds.
