The DHIS2 Capture app lets you track hypertension patients in real time, powering functional dashboards for program surveillance
Developed by the Federal Ministry of Health in Nigeria in collaboration with WHO-Nigeria and the University of Oslo, the DHIS2 Hypertension Control Package supports management of hypertension control programs at the primary care level using the free and open-source DHIS2 software.
The configuration is appropriate for national-scale programs and high patient-load clinical environments.
Already in use in a large-scale hypertension control program in Nigeria, this DHIS2 package is now available to any country in the world
