Constanza Aguilera joins Resolve to Save Lives as Principal Advisor, Country Preparedness and Collaboration. In this role she will provide strategic oversight, partnership management, knowledge management and learning, and targeted technical assistance to ensure that RTSL’s programming is strategic, effective and aligned to organization values.
Constanza has over 13 years experience in global health, food security, and humanitarian interventions. For the past 10 years, she has been supporting governments and organizations on public health issues and program management in low and middle-income countries. Her expertise includes managing complex grant contracts, fostering partnerships, and designing and implementing impactful health programs in diverse contexts. In her latest role, she was Deputy Team Lead for the Global Fund’s Private Sector Engagement Strategic Initiative, focused on Performance Management and Health Financing in 12 countries worldwide. Constanza’s strengths lie in strategic leadership, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making.
Constanza holds a Master’s in International Development from SciencesPo Paris and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Constanza lives in London with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys photography, cooking and traveling.
