Rurangwa Diogene is the Health Quality Assurance Specialist at the Rwanda Ministry of Health. He implements and coordinates all nationwide quality improvement programs and projects that impact patient's clinical outcomes. He also supports simulation exercises and after action reviews. He hold a masters degree in Health Services Management from Kampala University in Uganda.
He previously worked at University King Faisal Hospital for nine years in different roles from a radiographer to quality assurance and lastly the Director of Quality Management and Improvement. As a Director of Quality, he supported the hospital to gain accreditation status by COHSASA.
