Anthony Ahumibe is the Senior Laboratory Technical Advisor at the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
Previously he worked at the African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET). Anthony began his training as a medical laboratory scientist and worked in clinical laboratory practice for 11 years. He is a graduate of the Nigeria Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Programme, holds a Masters in Pharmacology and a Masters in Public Health degree. Anthony is also a member of the Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria.
