Resolve to Save Lives partners with the World Health Organization (WHO) to support the implementation of REPLACE, the WHO technical package for eliminating trans fat from the global food supply.

With the support of a grant from the LINKS Community, the World Health Organization’s European Office for the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases is working to reduce salt intake in the Caucasus region (Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan).
