Overall Role

Resolve to Save Lives seeks an IT Operations Manager to serve as an integral member of a small IT unit, supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions across our global teams. The IT Operations Manager will evaluate current processes and recommend new technologies to enhance user experience, act as a point of escalation for incidents and requests, monitor and maintain SLAs, and provide reporting for management. This role requires the individual to be highly involved in the day-to-day activities and decisions of the team. The individual must be comfortable working with all organizational levels and across four country offices, prioritizing tasks, and resolving unexpected challenges as they arise. They must demonstrate strong team skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently on projects or assignments. The role also requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster customer service excellence, including cross-culturally.

This full-time position is currently remote and has a salary range of $79,800 – $92,000. The incumbent must be eligible to work in the US and will be expected to convene periodically for team meetings in NYC beginning in January 2022 and to work during US East Coast standard working hours.
