Overall Role

Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL) seeks qualified candidates for the position of HR Manager. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Manager – Payroll and Benefits will be a critical team member who provides an exemplary employee experience in support of the management of a positive organizational culture. Specifically, she/he/they will manage payroll administration, benefits administration and maintain our HRMS to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This full-time position is currently remote. The incumbent will be expected to convene routinely for team meetings in NYC beginning in January 2022.
